    Binding in reverse is a good sign of a having mismatch somewhere in the drivetrain. Are you sure the car doesn't have a JDM GVR4 transmission or a 97-99 23 spline T case? Some of the JDM GVR4 transmissions had a different final drive from the US versions. I would start double checking...

    I agree, it sounds like the converter is not all the way in. If it doesnt want to go on, remove the converter and look down the snout of the pump. There is a possibility of something falling in there keeping the converter from seating all the way.

    Put the slave cylinder on it. Your probably hearing the clutch fork banging off the pressure plate. Actually you should make sure it's still on the pivot ball and the throwout bearing is still attached while your down there.

    There is a single wire that comes off the starter solenoid and connects to the plug in your hand. Not having that wire connected is the reason your car is not cranking over.

    You can run any of the kevlar belts on your 2.0 or 2.4. Getting a 2.0 belt on a 2.4 is tight with the extra deck height, but it will work just fine.

    Yes it is bolted to the module with 4 screws. Its easy enough to keep the bracket on it and mount the whole thing up near the brake booster.

    Yes, I am using the 2g kit. I have had it for a year and a half now or so and it is the best ignition solution out there IMO.If you indeed have a 91, the kit is plug and play except for the mounting bracket supplied with the kit.

    Mounts to the passenger side of motor, where the intake manifold bolts to the head. I believe there is one stud in the head and you will need one bolt. The tab holds the knock sensor plug and the zip tie of course holds the wiring harness.

    Have you taken a look at your shift cables and mounting brackets for them? Loose brackets and damaged cables can do some really weird things. Jack is the man, I doubt you will have any issues with him if you need any warranty work done.

    Do a search for 3m Automix Panel Bonding Adhesive. Its the tits! Unless its the actual structure of the car, most body shops are now using epoxy to attach new panels.

    Your injectors are not that small if you were going to be running meth or race gas, however if this is strictly a pump gas car I would recommend 950 - 1150's.

    Dsmlink is more than enough for your needs. Spend the left over money you would have spent on the AEM and buy a new exhaust manifold or bigger injectors.

    I enlarged the rear holes in the oil pan on mine. Still had to dent the pan a bit. Tons of miles and no leaks for me.
