I have a GT37R with a .62 hot .76 cold. My power band is from about 3400rpm to 6500rpm. That matched with my Jacks transmission. you will get great pulls in 2nd - 4th on the stock trans. but I dont think the trans will last too long over 400 hp. you have to reposition the turbo and use a 4G63 turbo manifold with a T3 style flange and you can use it. and the only performance difference is that you can get a better tune with a 4G63(IMO).

if you do the math in the long run, spending the $763 (slowboy racing) is worth it. your going to want more power later. would you rather have to pull the motor to put internals in?
