Hey tony, did you ever get this figured out? I installed my lights this weekend and everything works except my passenger side blinkers. Somehow my front one does not light up the blinker and my rear one flashes fast. When I turn the hazards on they flash normal just no front passenger side. Bulb...
Yea you just have to loop the trans cooler lines or use them to water cool a turbo. I also have a clutch master stage 1 clutch that's brand new if you need it. Just pm me an offer and I'll get this stuff pulled off and figure out how to get it to you.
I'm parting an esi right now. Is yours an auto or manual for the radiator? I also have the condenser and a set of brand new axles with zero miles on them.
Yea I wanted to go cruise with everyone but didn't want to chance it. I did check out your 2gb when I walked by, it is pretty clean. The pictures are up on ifo's website if you guys want to check them out.
I'm planning on leaving newton around 8:30-9 and going to Wichita to meet up with those guys. If you want to meet up with me and go with us my house is right off of i35. Shoot me a text and let me know 316 2884388
I got mine to start he last couple nights, but it's running terrible. Hopefully I can get the tune worked out when I get back from Denver next week. Who all is a for sure go for the Wichita date?
IFO's are a great time. I have been to like 4-5 over the last 2 years. I will be in the car show in Wichita for sure. Just look for probably the only 2g there it's black/red 2 toned.
If it stays together all year that's the plan. I'll be in Wichita Tulsa and Topeka for sure because I have family in those areas. Okc is only 3 hours south so I'm sure I'll make those with ease. STL is going to be the challenge being its a 7-8 hour drive one way and I'm not sure how well my car...
I am working hard to get my new setup ready for IFO. Ill just be in the car show part I imagine since I wont have any seat time or a decent tune by then.
There's a few of us on wichitaracing.com, but mines getting ready for the 4th trans this year so a meet is going to be a few weeks if not in the spring when it warms up. There's a thread in the auto related hangout section on there.
Your link in your write up and part number is for MR2/Celica bolts with a 5sfe, not Supra. Is there a difference or are they the same bolts for all toyotas?
I have a 95 ESI that was an auto. I Swapped a 99 engine in with a 95 5 speed with a 95 RS harness. I ran across this one plug not having a visible place to go. It's near the throttle body area. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it..
I'm 20 minutes north of wichita and would like to get in on this with a few friends(non dsm's) They made the columbia trip last year and said it was a blast. We will be at the IFO but my car wont be ready until a week or so afterwards.
I tested my alternator with the car running and im only getting 11.5 vdc. Thats why I want to know how to test the plug so I can trace it down to being a bad alternator or a bad wire.
Can anyone point me to where I need to be to learn how to test the plug that goes to the alternator or tell me how. I have a brand new alternator and battery but I am still having problems with not getting enough charge to start the car after I drive the car for around 8 miles around city...
I am getting ready to make the switch myself on my new setup. Im running the maft with 1050's and v3 lite. My injector size should be around 750 correct?
I did my evo brakes for under 900 with brand new pads front and rear. KMV's brackets are the best around and fit perfectly. By the way I got my calipers and rotors for 500 from a local 240 guy.
Mine has been down snce june of 08! Its got a new heart and facelift since then, hopefully something new in the rear end befor long too haha. Come on tax return.:hellyeah:
It depends on how far you want to take your car. Looking at your mods there are plenty of things you can and need to do to get anywhere near 450hp. The cheapest and easiest with little down time would be to find a stock 2g 7bolt and swap it and build something on the side.
