congrats dude.... thats the way i should have went to start with.you better start training now. 72 pushups, 85 situps in 2 minutes and youre gonna want to run a 13:30 2 mile or better. airborne school is easy. ranger from what i hear is just weeks of getting smoked and beat down mentally...
yeah right! only reason i did this was to play it safe if i didnt want to stay in. but so far im enjoying it here and i think i can see myself doing the lifer thing. combat arms is what i really want to do... low points no matter what :D
^^
re-class! lol im still new, but already sick of it. i work in BN s6 shop and it sucks. being in hawaii and driving an evo make up for it though :)i plan on re enlisting with this MOS to go to macdill AFB or just re class to combat arms and do the full 20.
Just curious to see how much DSM activity there is in Hawaii. Just got my orders to report to scholfield barracks in the next couple weeks. Very excited about it, but idk what to do with my gvr4 project. Do I bring it out with me and suck it up on getting parts shipped to me ect..?!Anywho...
You really cant go wrong with either rod. Its up to your wallet I guess.I had a eagle 100mm crank for my motor which I never ran personally. Sold it to a member here who it worked out perfectly fine for. You will just hear stories of a lot kf people having bad luck with them. Obviously...
Manley rods will work, eagle h-beams will work for you also and are a lot cheaper. Wiseco or Ross stroked pistons and a stock crank will all be fine.Make sure you have a fluidamper or ati crank pulley to help keep the bearings in check with the stroker. Also you will want to look into a nice...
When's it smoke? You gotta be more detailed to let us help you out. Possibilities with just saying white smoke is turbo seals are shot, valve stem seals, or a head gasket.
get the indestructible screen app.... this screen is just one weak son of a bi***. dropped from a foot off the ground and cracked within 48 hours of owning it. its only 199.99 to replace it too! :applause:
how is the half fill working out for you with any over heating? trying to decide if i should stay away from doing this since i want to drive mine on the street more than i would at the track.
we are a mix of bravos and charlies into one. we mess with sincgars and tacsats more than anything. we are also the guys who become commo. chiefs 99% of the time.:thumb:
25u right here. at ft.gordon, GA for another 6 weeks and then back to ft.benning for airborne school. wont get my orders for my permanent duty station for a while, but its sounding like bragg or alaska.
he says its half filled. i would have to ask him to go into more detail with it. the whole thing is an awesome deal, i just dont think its worth the possible aggravation with the block being filled anymore.i know too many people running around in aluminum rod motors. they drive their cars...
looking at a long block right now for gvr4. its a 2.0 custom R&R aluminum rod, arias 10:1 pistons, fox lake head, copper o-rings, MLS hg with kelfords yada yada yada. the block is HALF filled (cement) and the water pump is blocked with a jays racing electric water pump.im curious as to what...
i didnt think tort was running that high of boost yet. but i know you would know the car more than myself!regardless, i know there is more in it with better fuel and more of a aggressive tune. :thumb:
the s362 will get you into 700whp. 2 locals are running that turbo. a 1g with a ett and 2.0 makes 708whp on 34lbs. the 2g has a net and makes 691 on a 2.3 on 36lbs.
that was driver error, and it would have been exactly what youre looking for. the evo you posted was a shop evo with a "pro" driver???and why doubt that holsets cant outperform a 6262? that is an ignorant statement to say the least. the proof is in the pudding with however many posts...
this should go along with the AWD spyder someone posted earlier on the dyno making 603awhp. he went to the track around late September, so the weather would have been maybe mid 60's at night for a low??"Full weight, 6 bolt 2.0, awd swap, hx 40 pro @30psi, jmf drag smim, hks272's, 800cc meth...
its not needed. if you dont need it, then save your money. 400whp is not that much to go out and buy a built trans. i just dont think its worth that money.
COP is a huge waste of money.are you not going to be using meth? it would be recommended that you do, so you dont get knock with your tune. and it will also be much easier to achieve your #'sand why are you wasting the money on a transmission?? IMO its not worth it at all for a goal of...
its overkill because you are only shooting for 400whp. their upwards of 1200 typically unless you find a deal on a used one.DSMlink is the way to go. cheaper, and easier for your goals.
