Why don't you just go to a junk yard and find a UICP from a 1G. It's hard pipping and it already has that flange on there.

I'm running a test pipe and N1 style muffler from Ebay for about 2 years now with no issues and people can't belive the sound I get from the muffler. They usally don't belive me when I tell them I got my setup form there, but it works for me and was cheap.

Have you checked all your gounds to make sure there good and tight. They can have alot of impact on most electrical issues.

Also check to make sure the oil hose going to the tubro isn't crimped. Make sure the hose that connects to the turbo has a 90 degree 4an other wise your maifold will bend the hose and cause it to leak as well. Post some pics if you can, Pictures say more then words sometimes.
