Well I'm not doing this for the track my friend ... I doing this for the most whp made on a stock 6 bolt.. Also I knife edged the divided section cause I'm NOT useing a divided manifold .. Simply using my open t3 dnp .. Hence why I knife edged that section...

Speaking of ross pistons check out mine that I just pulled out...its fubared ..don't know how, maybe detonation or to much piston slap...they were kinda abnormaly loud under a cold start..Does it look like something I should talk to ross about??????:D

Where did you ground the gauge? did you go from the ecu..?

+1 if you get metal shavings in your motor, thats going to be a hell of a lot more money then just having to find a turbo...:banghead:

Did you ground the ecu when doing your timing?

make sure there is no cuts in the vacuum lines and also remember ....MBC more boost is CLOCKWISE, less boost COUNTER CLOCKWISE...hopefully this helps. :D

the 255 flows a lot of gas, what happens is the fuel pump over runs your stock FPR

Ok guys I can't seem to find a straight answer for this.What headstuds do you use to put a 1g head on a 2g 7 bolt block? :banghead:

+1 on the new turbo, its always iffy buying a used turbo just save yourself the hassle and buy a new turbo...:D

Whats your current set up on your DSM..? or is it just stock and doing that?

I had the same issue with my Blow throught set up...Were you able to get all the fuel trims to 100% or close to 100%?

2g head is match ported to the same size as the 1g...works great and its easier then putting a 1g head on. Yes those are the numbers from this set up. I was miss firing like crazy. :ohdamn:
