I can't remember the part #, but if you go to the part store or online, it will be listed. Canadian models come with 90 amps alternator. I have the Jay relocation kit and have no issues. Just make sure grind down the motor mount. It is listed in the instructions.

I went to first event and was surprised to see that many imports, especially considering the weather that weekend. Several other and I are attending. However I don't think we will enter the show.. But a possibility.

Replace the alternator and check the wiring.

First off remove those injectors they larger than needed. Check your ISC or vacuum lines. Sounds like you are sucking air in somewhere. Would need more information to correctly diagnosis the issue. Check throttle cable.

According to your logs, your O2 sensor is not working. The scale never shows a value that doesn't fluctuate. Possible that your O2 is unplug or is defective.

Check your wiring from the sensor to junction where it splits from the main harness. Sounds like you have intermittent short. :banghead:

Rotate the timing belt by hand and check the the gap. If no change redo and set the idler tension to the factory specs. Of the top of my head the the torque should be 2.5 -3.0 lbs.

Installed the 1g kit on my Talon with poly motor mounts, easy install with no problems great product. Also installed the 2g kit with 6 bolt swap with no issues. Sure like the added room for the external waste gate. Jay offers great products and tools.

Should be able apply some oil and install the pulley on the crank, then use the impact gun (wrench) and tighten it down. 420a are usually a bi*** to remove the crank pulley. Usually the install is easy. Impact gun makes the removal and install of bolt more manageable.

If you deleted your A/C system, you can use the A/C switch to turn on both fans.

Just keep the ABS brake booster, or upgrade to a third generation brake booster.

Apply some graphite grease or powder to cable head coming into the gauge cluster. Do not use to much. You can buy this at NAPA or any auto parts store. Speedometer lube.

Do you have a boost gauge installed? Without any supporting mods I would keep it in the safe zone 15 and under for boost. I am guessing that you don't have a boost gauge you are guessing (approximately). That's a lot boost for a non modded setup. Follow the basic upgrade mods in the tech...

Have you look into to the fender flares that come from the Philippines? They are universal but don't look to bad. There is a 1g from Tulsa that has them installed. They are not made of fiberglass, I think they are made from abs plastic. I struggle with your same issues. If you haven't let me...

The greatest thing about the automotive world is your own personal taste. I run 1gb with no cat and muffler and love the sound. But that's my personal taste. Reasonable quiet at idle and loud when the turbo wakes up.
