It just irritates me when someone dogs on my unfinnished front end conversion (Might not say in my profile... but you can clearly see that I have a 90' with 92' corner light spots) when they have a huge metal ricer wing... ON A NON-TURBO dsm non the less... talk when you break the 17 second mark...
The Mas has been hacked for a long time (at least 3 months) and the problem just developed last week... This problem started when I did a boost leak test... I had no boost leaks... then I took the intercooler and piping off.. cleaned everything and put it back on.... I have triple checked...

Thats a funny thread... and yes I am well aware that things break as with any other vehicle... but I would like to note that I have never had my car on a flatbed--- I am sure the day will come... but how many stock engines have you seen that can handle 20PSI with the right bolt ons??? not...

Seats... 90-94 but you could really make any workand as far as lifter tick goes I would tend to disagree with pitbull419... yes it is a PROBLEM but is it a big problem NO... if your going...
Just for the record... I didnt have a problem I just didnt want a moderator to have to say anything to you so I did first.. were a fun bunch but spelling and grammar are kind of a big deal to an extent...That pipe needs to be in two pieces thats just how they work... if you tighten the hose...
If your getting the HONDA dont boost it... youll have even more reliability issues... drive it and finish college then buy another DSM.. I would NEVER trade my DSM unless for a different DSM... but thats just me...
off brand clutches are junk.. I put a stage 3 ebay clutch in my 96' accord that I was going to boost (dont ask... dumb idea) and it went out 3000 miles later off the stock horsepower....THATS SAD!

So I did a boost leak test and cleaned my K&N and intercooler ETC... Now my car dies and wont Idle... I checked for boost leak and all that... I think the MAF may have gotten wet because I might have put the filter on damp by accident....Plausible?? or something else?:dsm:
I did check it... its goodI fixed this vacuum problem thanks to all for the help..NOW I just need to fix my other problem thats posed... my car keeps dying I think I got my MAF wet?:dsm: :dsm:
Sorry im a little new... whats an ISC? and how do I check the BISS?ALSO- Could the MAF getting wet cause this to happen, I cleaned my K&N filter and it might have been damp when I put it back on
It seems to be plugged in... but is it possible theres a break in the wire or something.... I am at a loss--- It seems to only do it when its up to temp not when its cold... sounds like a MAF? I dont think a boost leak would do that would it?? my car holds boost... runs good untill I stop then...
I know this may be a dumb response to some... but is your battery dead?? ive let mine go dead when installing stereos before and it took a long time to figure out because I still have lights etc.... CHECK IT! aside from that... I dont know about security system problems... a possibility... YES:dsm:

Everything is tight ive triple checked it.... Tested at 15-16 psi.... No leaks and no shaft play.... I dunno-- car RUNs great right now and then when your driving and come to a stop it doesnt wanna idle... could it be a sensor?? I did recently hack my MAF too... removed lower honeycomb but...
