Update
I was unable to find where the burnt smell is coming from. Sun roof still does not work, the radio and the radiator fans still come on when the key is on. I pulled the ECU and did not see or smell like anything was burnt. Plus with the key off i am getting about 2.5 Amp draw not sure...

the 97-99 CAS has one ten millimeter bolt that hold it in place. Unplug the old senor, take the bolt out put the new one back in. Then reset the ecu by taking the negative side of the battery off.

the front, rear and top engine mounts shouldn't be to hard to replace. The transmission on the other hand it going to require you to drop the motor and trans down a few inches in order to get it out. you can either use a jack or the engine picker.
