Here's probably the best combo for power you could dream up. Find a 75mm crank out of the 1.6L 4g61. Bore your motor to 86.50mm and find some g4cs sohc pistons. That would be by far the highest/cheapest power you could manage. Run a 43cc head if you dare. Best case would be finding a g4cs...

On race fuel 250fwhp pushed to the max with the maft. With dsmlink maybe 275fwhp on a good day. Most people just throw on a 14b which you can acquire for $100. dsmparts has the conversion kit for 2g cars listed at $173 im sure you can put something together much cheaper.

I don't think it will happen with a t25. If you make it to 300 you may have the highest horsepower t25 powered car without nitrous. You have a much better chance of making 300 on the 14b.
