Does anyone know a mike that was big into dsms in the area. I bought a red 1ga gsx off him, moved away and lost his number. I cant remember his screen name on here. any help would be appreciated

they just said it was a vacuum and recharge job, I know it holds pressure for quite some time, and it was working great earlier, so Im not sure what to think..

hmm well it holds pressure for sure, I just let it cool off after I got back from the shop and restarted it and let it warm up and it ran fine, compressor ran like it should and it was ice cold....the system hasnt been charged in a long time so maybe it took a while to work correctly?

I just took my car to the a/c shop to get vacuumed and recharged with R134, everything is fine and the car blows cold air when the compressor is engauged, problem is that the compressor is cycling every 7-10 seconds or so..during that time it gets cold then stops and gets warmer, then repeats...

Alright so Ive been trying to figure this out today, I need a new front passenger side wheel bearing and I have 2 used ones avalible, however when I put the hub arms in a vise and wiggle the hub it has a slight amount of play, now I know most of you will say its bad instantly but with nothing...

Yea I'll check out that TPS, and the injectors are 680's and compensated for that, max timing is 16 degrees, target AFR is 11:1, im currently trying to get my turbo housing rethreaded so I can put the manifold back on, the threads got wacked up upon taking them out, so I cant post a revised log...

haha true but in charles case that wait has been since we were in like 9th grade! ROFL

well to update the situation I believe I might have found out a good chunk of the problem, after inspecting my manifold 2 of the bolts to the turbo were very loose which created a huge exhaust leak registering a lean condition. I'll repost a new log soon to see how it looks.

Alright, I havent done any tuning since the summer and decided to do a log today. I have my boost at 20 psi all mods are listed in my profile, for some reason the logs look VERY lean up top, keep in mind the ECU is stage III chipped so keep that in mind when looking at the MAS readings they're...

Im pretty sure this turbo isnt the 50 trim its the Vtrim its the only Bullseye turbo that has 8 Fins on the compressor side. Im almost thinking I should stay with my Evo16, anyone else have an opinion on what turbo I should use? Thanksjustin

well from what Ive researched it looks exactly like a bullsey TO4b 50trim except the one in my pictures doesnt have 6 blades??? What could it be then?

I was only told it was a 50 trim Im not 100 percent certain I know the kid that had it on his car was basically stock and it spooled at like 4300 lol, It is a mitsu bolt on, cus he had it just bolted on his almost stock car. If I could find out what kind of turbo this is I could get it for real...

There was a pretty large leak on the coupler right before the throttle body and a small leak below the J pipe. I sprayed soapy water and repositioned the clamps to solve the leak. Also, my injector duty cycles are around 70-75ish I believe if that helps, It seems as if I should be running rich...

Yes new gaskets were used for that stuff, I have only gotten fuel cut since I rebuilt the block with the 8.3 compression ratio. Im not sure about the boost leaks yet, I havent gotten time to do that yet, but other than that what else could it be? Why would a boost leak instantly cause the fuel...

Ok Im having a little bit of a tuning issue, I just got my new block put in about 700 miles ago, Mods are in the profile. AFC settings are High= -7 across, any leaner I get more knock. Throttle points are 30, 65. I have 650 injectors so it seems a little rich but everything looks good plugs...

Do you think the crank could be ok since it didnt actually eat the entire bearing completly up? And wouldnt it be wise to just buy new rods/pistons as well? I wouldnt think that its ok to reuse rods/pistons and how they fatigue over time, im only looking to make around 400whp eventually so I...

While driving today I was testing out to see if it was strickly rpm dependent or throttle dependent. I can bring the rpms up and never here the sound or if I just barely use any throttle it makes it noticably, same goes for while driving. If Im just barley hitting the throttle I can hear it but...
