Yeah, car went pretty lean on the last run (mid-high 12AFR) however never knocked and kept making power.Pulls were done on shitty VP 110 from a pump by my house.

Yeah, we found the limits of the stock crank pulley bolts when used with a thicker crank pulley :P It tore my belt up pretty bad, the pic is the most recent I took, I'm awaiting a crank sproket, covers, and new belt from OEM.

looks to me like you had an injector leak (stuck open) and it puddled in the intake, the fact it blew the filter off should clue some of you into there being a PROBLEM WITH THE CAR and not a PROBLEM WITH THE MANIFOLD. who cares if the welds have blown apart i guess people should start making...

the tps signal is sportatic, if it needed adjusted it'd say 70% all the time instead of 100% but it's not it's all over the place i'm betting bad sensor
let me add a little to this....her throttle percent that the ecu is seeing apparently isn't going above 58% which would explain why the afc high settings never affected performance....but the afc IS reading 100% anyone know what would cause this? does the afc read off the TPS for that...
could be the design of the mounts of that particular car who knows, none of us run flex's cuz finding 3.5" and 4" flexes out here is rough on the cars around here. been that way for years haven't cracked anything yet my motor hardly moves under load in the engine bay even with 2 mount incerts...
no it doesn't and um....no it doesn't. if your exhaust is moving that much you got motor mount issues. poly mounts and no flex section for 3 years track raced it, autoxed it, never thumped or broke anything and i don't even have a brace on the downpipe. my 3.5" doens't have a flex either
