did u check the stock hla plate ,to see if there was and issue there .had a friend who forgot to tighten the 3 bolts there and had massive lifter tick and low oil pressure . just an idea .

I am using a centreforce dual friction clutch ,and have nothing but good to say about it . feels like stock on the pedal but holds the power very good also .for almost 500 bucks it better be good lol .
you should add boost est ,and a/f ratio to your log . I fought with that problem all last year ,until I upgraded to 3mm lifters and my phantom knock went away .your log looks to be showing phantom knock , just make sure everything is tight and there isn,t anything rattling around .
I have the same problem as you ,and have done everything possible to fix this ,everything has been checked and replaced .I have it narrowed down to my lifters now ,so once I buy the revised ones I will find out ,might not be your problem ,but like others said check check for the easy fix first...

if and when you put the arp bolts in the rod these have to be checked and done by your local machine shop ,because if the rod eggs it has to be resized by them . and yes they come as press stud and nut like the stock ones ,i ran 25psi and 75 shot of nitrous with a 20g with no problems .
under ecu ,check the knock setting i had the tps set @2% so i changed it to a higher value and knock is gone .don,t know if it will work for you but you can give it a try.

today i seen 42 counts of knock just free reving it in the garage ,I am gonna pull my tranny apart now because of the knocking noise and it is getting hard to get into reverse .I have ruled out all other causes . I have seen some knock before which was normal ,but this is outrageious . :barf:

problem fixed , cop setup went bad ,my timing went out of wack ,decressed it so bad it didnt even read timing marks. went back to stock setup and everthing was good ,thank god ,lol
no I did ground the ecu while I put it on timing , going to try it today to see if anything has changed ,I sprayed copper coat on the cometic gasket this time around .

I have pulled one of them apart and the transistors are welded onto the aluminuim plate ,there is no part # on those peices . the traces are spot welded to the part and the unit is covered in a gel type silicone to restrict water .the parts inside arn,t accessable to the public .

you should probally check your oil sending unit on the pump and the wires that connect to it ,there are two sending unit ,one is for the light and the other one is for the gauge .
the coil firing order is 4,1,2,3 ,and the cylinders go 1,2,3,4 starting from the cam gear side of the motor . so if you hook up 1 wire at a time it is easy to figure out .good luck .

I am running the td05 ,20g ,@18psi and it spools great car pulles hard . now my buddy runs the 20g,td06 and that turbo pulls harder than mine .he is at full boost @3200rpm with a built head and motor and 258 comp cam,s . you will be very happy with this turbo .:D

talked to the guy today and he said they were flow tested to be 720cc , so we tried them and pulled a log on the dsmlink and they are @ 74% duty cycle on 22 psi of boost @6600 rpm . so they seem to be working like a 720 I think .
