Car is fixed. Vacuum is at 23, pulls really hard in all gears, smooth idle, no shaking, no pulsing, no overheating, not running rich, no problems. Just thought I'd let you guys know. Thanks for all the help!!

Hey dude I think I may have the solution. I had the same stuff as you and the guys I took it to said my timing was a little off and that the wiring for the ignition might be messed up in the wiring or something. They are gonna tell me the results tomorrow. I'll let you know.

UPDATE:Went and did the scanner thing and no change really. What should I do next?????? It really sucks having a crap idle and my gas mileage isnt as great.
Yes it did start after I had the cylinder head job done which I'm hoping is coincedince. The compression is great, plugs are good, no vacuum leaks, have no idea about the ECU or 02 sensor but the 02 sensor is connected to where it should be.
If you tune check your fuel trims and lean stuff out. :pDont go crazy and cause worst problems though. Also when doing the boost leak test did you have the throttle open? Was the mbc tightened to the point where it would hold enough boost? Just a couple things to check.
