One hose in and that is it. Like you said, there to collect coolant that comes out the cap. My thoughts are that since the line is going to the bottom of the tank and there is no vent, pressure has no place to release so it is forced out of the cap. Does that sound like a possibility?
Coolant tem stays around 180-210 with out any issues. I will have to do a hydrocarbon test this afternoon.On a side note. Does the coolant overflow tank need to be vented in a coolant system like this?

The car is making just shy of 900awhp. We had it on the dyno this morning with a new radiator cap and for 2 pulls it pushed no coolant at all out the cap, but the 3rd pull it pushed quite a lot.

I wouldnt run injector cleaner through the fuel system with E85. The best way to clean the injectors with injector cleaner is taking then injectors out and soaking them in the cleaner for a few hours.Better-E85

Can this be done? I just recently had my rear diff go out on me and have been searching posts but have yet to find a deffinant answer. Since 2g rear diffs are hard to come by i need to know if i can use the 1g 4bolt lsd rear ends internals in my 2g housing? Also do i need any parts to do this?

The coil packs i swapped out right away and still the same problem. All of the pins look fine. I checked over all of this before i tore apart the harness. I guess what other wires in the harness would cause this besides the coil pack, ignition module, and cam/crank sensor?
