Remove the end cover off the tranny, pull the vc and 5th gear assembly, and remove the cover behind them and you can take the center diff out. That's the very short and simple version.

What are your voltage readings at idle? Its a common thing with dsm alternators to run real low voltage at idle.

I'm running the ETS race fmic with their piping and a JMF race smim, if you reverse the pipe that connects to the throttle elbow it lowers and moves the alignment back so that it may work with the JMF. ETS told me of this solution when I bought the fmic kit.

To me it almost sounds like a drivers issue. What operating system are you running on the laptop your trying to connect to the car? When you connect the cable to the laptop is the laptop recognizing that there is a new device connected?

Your 92' should have a sandwich style oil cooler thats in between the oil filter and the oil filter housing on the block.

The spec clutch kit you are looking at is modular so you wouldn't need the mopar non-modular conversion kit.

Only one 5 speed manual available for the 420a eclipse/talon and it is the NV-T350. The clutch in your car is a modular clutch. meaning the flywheel, disc, and pressure plate are sold as an assembly, unless it has been converted in the past by a previous owner.

Those rear quarter windows with the sail panel like that came on late model 2g talon's and eclipse's before production of 2g's ended. I recall seeing other threads on here about those rear quarter windows in the past.

It would most definately be in your best interest to replace the valve cover gasket as well as your spark plug gaskets on the vc. It would suck to get you clean freshly painted vc all covered in oil right away just because you didnt want to spend the little bit of money on new gaskets. I say do...
