    Isn't that essentially what you are looking for oldman? So that CCW right? based on normal screws and bolts? And if you are getting air from the turbo line to the MBC and the MBC is working then the Wastegate could be bad...or stuck. Also maybe the MBC that you are using isn't functioning...
