You could hang a fuel pressure gauge out of the hood for testing.However it has been my experience the turbine pumps fp sold are un-reliable. I have been through over 10 in various cars.
I prefer motul 300.But when cost is an issue i use autostore brand gear oil.I have used the syncromesh and mt-90 which the work well for shifting but the forks wear out.
The autostore brand may not give the best feel but it does protect the parts.
