the factory boost gauge now shows knock. crank it up until gauge starts squealing.

The 1g timing components will be used. Also the 1g t-stat and water pipe will be used. The 2g timing bracket will be used.

You could pull the valve body and manually fill the head.

Put the washers in before the studs. Otherwise a few with have trouble clearing the springs.

I feed all journal turbos at the housing.

Have you tried tuning injector dead time?

Or you should tune a stock car.You won't pop the motor but i have never seen a car that did not need to be cleaned up.

You could hang a fuel pressure gauge out of the hood for testing.However it has been my experience the turbine pumps fp sold are un-reliable. I have been through over 10 in various cars.

Unplug coolant sensor from the chassis.Meter resistance.Open when full and closed when empty.

Srs is the first system that shuts down from low voltage. Did you pop the alternator fuse?

Fairly easy to jack it up and test for play. Grab the top and bottom of the tire and shake.

I prefer motul 300.But when cost is an issue i use autostore brand gear oil.I have used the syncromesh and mt-90 which the work well for shifting but the forks wear out. The autostore brand may not give the best feel but it does protect the parts.

The the wiring on the tdc sensor on the back of the block. I have seen several damaged from heat.

I find tps and injector circuit codes are typically a poor ground.

50/50 of whatever is cheapest.I also use stock fans.
