I think this is really simple bro ether you take it to a mufler shop and ask them to cut a whole on the side, and recirculate the dump tube and quite down the car completely or get used to it!!!.;)
Yes my readings at the logger used to be double than the SAFC's. But I was helped, and all that was wrong was that I didn't pick the option in the preference's menu on the logger to double the reading of airflow because I use a chip.:)

The ECM parameters should be from 60-140, like you already probably know under 100 is rich and over is lean.
The car idle's a lot better when cold.Does the ECM makes the car run lean or rich to get to operating temps ?Also... only when I ground the "idle wire" the car surge's. :confused:

At 753rpm I pull 18hz of air flow at the logger, but on the SAFC it's always pulling double39hz . At any condition it always shows double and a bit more on the SAFC than the logger. This is with corrections -0- all across and off at the safc. Is it the wiring?

I have a tdo5 20g and cant boost pass 20psi .
I was talking to dejon' owner ( i forgot his name) and he said that my internal wastegate could or more likely is my problem .
I dont want to spend money if i dont really need to go external , can i do anything else to what i have ?
