I am sure you wont gain much, but eliminate a lot of boost creep. Because the stock o2 housing is so small, the oxygen builds up causing boost preasure to rise, an o2 dump, dumps the oxygen thus eliminating the boost creep.
Okay after searching around the Slowboy Racing Website and here and found nothing. I am wonder how I will set this up. I know about hooking it up but setting it to proper boost.Do I tighten it all the way down then every 1/4 turn = 2PSI or what? Because I don't know because I have never...
He clearly stated he can jump start the car.. My friend had the same problem with his Celica... I just thought maybe its your ignition.. As in when you turn the key and nothing happens. Maybe your problem is somewhere there.. You said u had a Turbo Timer which mainly connects to a harness in the...
Could be a bad sensor reading somewhere else in the car? Im not saying it's not your ecu or anything but you know what i mean, it could be something else new that popped up.

My buddy tried that and his leaked like crazy. So I wouldn't want to do that. Cause I just called him and asked if he still had his and he did but, he said it leaked and wasn't worth doing. All Though its a cheap way its not a good thing. I think I would have to buy the whole pipe.
I actually heard from someone I talked to that I could get a 1G to HKS Adapter and just drill holes to match up with the GReddy Piping. Do you think that would work? Anyone ever try it?

I Installed my gauges today. I wired 2 gauge's to the cigerette lighter. The actional lighter itself not the light. What I used was some speaker wire and electrical tape. It works fine for me. I installed a Boost gauge and an Air Fuel Gauge if you wanted to know.
I found with my Type RS, It's alot louder if you recirculate it back into the intake, which is also alot better for the car. If your venting, I heard you can actually stall out some times. But I have mine going back into the intake. Take a look at my pictures when you get a chance to.

I currently have the Greddy Hard Piping for my 2g with the Type RS, and I can't complain it hold so much better then stock. Sound really isn't a factor for me. Mine flutters just a little bit under low boost, or doesnt blow off at all at like 2500 rpm shifts, well in that area atleast, but at...
My 2g reads the same, I use 10W30. At Idle mine is that same way and I have about 106k on mine. Normally when I get going and and the highway or any driving where the car is actually working or atleast reving past the idle point it goes up. I wouldnt worry about it... actually its pretty normal.
