clogged lines? get some seafoam, that will clear out most of your problems. unless ## fuel pump is bad.

hopefully you don't have to take out the fuel pump but it wouldn't hurt to check.

122k miles here. no cwalk but at least make sure ## maintenence is up to date just incase.

i had idle problems but they got better once the motor mounts and the timing belt were replaced.

My 2ga is having problems keeping a constant idle when the AC is on. The rpms will bounce from 900-2k when at a stop. While driving, the car will "hiccup", if you will.Ive changed the plugs, im looking at chaning the wires as well. Im also conisdering taking it out since i cant recharge it...

you may also want to check ## 1gTB itself since its off the car. Make sure you rebuilt it, in case u got it from a junkyard. The rebuild kit is rather cheap.

make sure to find out if u have a 7 or 6 bolt. your year is around the time of the use of the 7bolt, so be aware.

the 3" GM MAF can be found in many late 90's V6s. i got mine from a V6 S10.

Dood. you need some tuning. I know its been said b4 but its most likely ## problem at this point.

The AC compressor will cause ## motor to rev higher.Its nothing to really be worried about. my 95 TSI does the same thing at idle and also my friends mr2.
