    You're stroker is going to be making a bigger difference than the turbo. At 12 PSI on a 2 liter a 35r only flows minimally more air than a 16g, but a 2.4 liter flows a lot more than a 2 liter.

    They are mandrel bends in the sense that they maintain the same radius throughout the curve. They are not mandrel bends in the sense that they were bent on a mandrel bender. They are made from donuts, which are formed from stamps. Much better constrction method.

    We have an article in the tech section suggesting tolulene, in a 10% concentration, can increase 91 octane to 116 octane....significantly higher then tolulene itself. Furthermore it lists the ricer magazine HCI as a resource.

    Oh, and covering your compressor housing in carbon fiber is a fantastic way to dissipate heat. Not to mention most compressor covers only clear our main water pipe by a mm neways.

    Thank you for that, but I meant what has to be modified. The 4G63 uses an entirely unique engine harness, and you would keep the 420A body harness. Im curious what has to be done.

    Yes, and 2/10 of an inch is NOTHING on a turbo inducer. Not even noticeable57 trims are garbage, 60 trims are nice, but the lag difference over a 50 trim is noticeable and mesaureable.

    Theres no competition for how much better paint looks then powdercoating when done right, its just not quite as durable. You will never get the same finish with powdercoating you will with paint and a clear coat, and some wet sanding love.

    These days people are getting Garret T3/T4's with custom turbine housings that bolt up to the stock exhaust manifold. They are 800-1k, and can be found at a variety of shops...www.rnrrcaing, www.agpturbo.com etc....Best bov is the stock 1g, followed by the type S.

You assemble the engine, with all the torque thats ever goign to be applied in assembly applied, then if its in alignment, it shoud not walk...Is it possible the block is thin and misaligns at high rpms or under high load? That I do not know. But it seems to me that crank walk...
