4g64's are not as prone to c-walk as '63. Why not build a 2.4 4g64/63 hybrid DOHC engine. With some good suspension you could take care of some of the spinning wheel issues. Oh and LSD too.

Just to add something; can't he use 450 cc injectors from DSM? I heard lots of custom civic turbos use those. And also, why not go with a 14b mitsubishi turbo instead of the t3/t4?

Automatics come with 13g and 390 cc injectors. Manual has 14b and 450 cc injectors.

If they put a 4g63t in the lancer ralliart it would be hell of a deal. Right now they don't have a car that's worth the money, except the Evo. Subaru has the wrx sti and the wrx turbo. Maybe it would be a good idea if Mitsu did something like that.

What? Are you saying he will gain 120 hp with T25? 4G64 come with 140 hp. I don't see how is he going to get to 260 that easy on stock head. I've had a galant with custom turbo and was only at around 200hp with a 14b at 8psi, that is with stock head, internals. I might have misunderstood your...
