I had the same problem, and I'm running AEM EMS too... Mine turned out to either be the turbo timer or the turbo timer wiring harness. I unhooked the plug and play harness for the turbo timer and I haven't had anymore problems with it going offline. Never did hook the turbo timer back up...
Cams, prothane bushings, and motor mounts throughout, no balance shafts, 3" exhaust, w/hi-flow cat, stand alone AEM EMS......Became my daily driver a couple of weeks ago; my little girl likes it because she can sit up front... But after two weeks I'm starting to look for a four door...
