Depending on your starting strength its all about the transition for the muscle up. Most of my clients are strong enough but have a hard time transitioning. Once they get it down though, they get them every time!
I remember the first time I tried the muscle up and failed miserably. It's amazing how quickly you get results with crossfit though. Glad to see I'm not the only Dsmer doing crossfit!
Anyone else doing CrossFit? I love learing how to use the elite rings, so much fun.<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/HSgfqeD-eak" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
check the circuit board of the ecu for damage just in case. Also the cams in an auto are different than a manual, but I don't know if its enough to throw off timing.Does it crank and just not turn over?
I'll take a pic so you can see what it looks like without the wing up close where the wing attaches then. It came off of a white galant so the under side is another color.
The suspension I forgot to mention is a rare galant specific AGX and H&R combo with adjustable camber plates in great condition with very low miles. $500 plus shippingThe intercooler is in decent shape and works with some bent fins and the piping comes with it. $120 plus shipping
Parting out #648 of 2000Let me know what you need, here are some general pics of the car. Interior is pretty much complete. I can get better pics of what ever you are looking for. Pretty much stock except JDM FMIC
Just to be sure, check the shift cables themselves where they connect to the tranny. Its possible to break the cable which makes it weak and flimsy and does not allow to get into gears. I had that happen just 2 weeks ago and could shift to 4th but not at high rpm's.
sounds like a possible fork issue. Had it happen not to long ago, but in my case it wiped out getting into third gear then got locked in 4th and couldn't get it out even though the shifter would shift.
You swap out the bracket that holds up the shift cables on top on the tranny. 2 12mm bolts and thats it. The 91 bracket it skinny and the 90 is fatter.
I'm working on the same type of situation minus the wiring being modified. The dash was removed and the heater core and assembly was removed with a few other things. The dash is back in and now the windows don't work but everything else does. The fuses and relays all work so it appears to be...
I gotta thank Lucas for the amazing tune. Went to the track last month on a 450awhp tune with the translator for a baseline but broke the shift fork on the first pass. So upgraded the tranny and went to a qm twin disk. Last night I went back to the track. I knew it had good potential so I let...
If you want to save money go with ECMlink V3 lite and SD. I car was able to get 501awhp on an fp green with that setup and E98. You can always upgrade from V3 lite to the normal V3 for the difference in price later on.
Never made that claim personally. But then the original statement is only meant to incompass cars that run at ARP and no where else so its hard to claim to be the fastest in the state. More likely to have the title of fastest in the anchorage area. Personally if a car resides in the state, it...
I didn't realize you have to run at ARP to be the fastest. Down here in the southeast there is grassroots drag racing on an old abandoned runway (fully sanctioned and organized with EMT and Fire Department present at all times) so there is no street racing. I'm not claiming to be the fastest by...
Having the flywheel resurfaced could have changed the engagement of the clutch. I know when you put in an ACT without the proper flywheel step it causes little or no engagement so you have to get the exteneded slave rod or the cheap fix and put washers under the pivot ball.
If you truly just want to bolt on a turbo and go with still being able to get close to your goals try this turbo. This is as bolt on with no more mods as it gets right now. This is a new turbo so there isn't really any real world data on it at the moment, but FP rates the choke flow at 47lbs/min...
An FP Green will get you into the 500 range on high octane fuel. For more info on the Holset HX35 just read through any of the holset threads, the first page has most of the pertinent info in terms of potential. For more specifics as to what each person has done and found out you will have to...
If you want to keep it bolt on internally gated you will need to consider a turbo of some sort with a bep or pte exhaust housing as the tdo5 20g will be a hair on the small side for your goals.
Well this is pretty easy for me to understand, but I think the rest of you may be confused causing more than enough e-drama. So from what I understand the OP is unaware that all of you when referring to the 3 parts of the turbo are talking about it torn apart in pieces. As you can see from the...
I would do what slugs said and check timing before anything else. And then physically check the ecu board for damage before worrying about getting a new one. Also check all electrical connections for secure fitment.
