I believe I have it pretty close. I'm not sure, but I belive I might here a little bit of compressor surge. The problem is, I really don't know what to listen for. I'm gonna loosen it a little more, about a quarter turn, until I hear this one noise stop.

I think I'm getting better at tuning it. It still suffers from a little bit of compressor surge i think. I really don't know how to explain it, but it's an odd sound. I am gonna order a UICP soon, but I don't wanna do any damage to the turbo now. Most of the noises I hear are at a low boost...

After air pressure, check the alignment, treadware etc. Take it somewhere and have them align it. Start with that. After that, if it still does it, you can look into other issues. Start simple and work up....

if you look closer, it's two bolts and another phillips screw holding the whole assembly onto the car, and the screw for adjustment. If you undo the screw on the bottom right (i think) it will release the assembly.

As for the CEL, I wish I knew. The oil on the other hand... Mine does the same thing. It smells like burning oil, but I have no oil spots on the ground, nor do I see any decrease in the oil level on the dipstick or when changing the oil. As it is a DSM, it's probably just nature of the beast.
