Im trying to do a clean setup , so im looking for something to fill in a stock dash speakers. Ive seen aomewhere a 3 1/2" tweets. And i canceled the sub order, I found a 10" JL audio. The first pic is Jl c2's,second pic- pair of Beyma's
Thats what im about to buy. In a stock dash speaker location direct fit ,same size as the original ones (first pic)Already bought these in a doors . 6.5" mid bass speakers. (Second pic)And the subwoofer 8" (last pic)Does this setup looks any good?
Ok so if in a back im not installing speakers ,so then i think i would go with tweeters 3 1/2" in the dash then two way speakers in a doors 5 1/4" and single woofer 10" in a custom enclosure. How that would sound? Also will be way cheaper ,the i stated before....
So you saying, that its better not to install any speakers in a back ??!! Im in a marke of a speakers right now.In a dash i will be installing an Infinity Reference X REF-3002cfx. In a door panels will be installing Infinity Kappa Perfect components. And the sub will be a 10" infinity KAPPA...
Not a pro welder, but i bought a Lincoln Electric weldpack 140 HD. Bought it to learn and had a lot of rusts to repair on my project. Absolutely love it. Used argon and co2 mix for welds to be nice
28, Had my first dsm back in 2001 Was a 1990 mitsu eclipse gs-turbo fwd. Then bought a 98 gs-t,later had a 95 gsx,and right now have a 98 GSX project (last one)
in your case for a better sound deadening i would of use carpet padding instead of the Ensolite. Thats what i used. I already completed my project and im very happy with the outcome,no more road noise, engine noise really quiet:thumb:
I did the whole hatch ,inside wheel wells, quater panels, spare tire place, strut towers and the floor. At this point the whole interior including firewall is covered in peal and seal. Has thin carpet padding on the floor, firewall, under rear seats and spare tire location. Sprayed two layers of...
My suggestion will be -run out external wastegate dump pipe out of the side of the front bumper, and run straight exhaust pipe from turbo out of the same side of the front bumper next to wastegate dump pipe. Then get a ecmlink, activate "antilag" option, richen up afr at low throttle and you...
I got an fp red (old school). Im hitting full boost at 4700 rpms. This turbo likes high boost. it gets fun to drive with it in 25-30 psi range... Suck for a Dd car....
Well i had my car aleady gutted out. So i just had to soap clean the whole interior then dry out and clean with rubbing alcohol. The 'USeal' ,thats the brand homedepot has. Took me about 9 rolls to do the whole car. Got the inside of the qarter panell done, whole trunk,doors,floor,firewall,inside...
Under spare tire only surface is covered in rust i cleaned with wirewheel as same was on one of the strut tower. Only one side of rocker arm is rusted to hell. I deff wont be getting another shell because im to far already. Im completely rebuilding entire car from new sunroof to the new brake...
Yes,that's the ones. I burned out mines and threw them away. Then when I ordered the new polyurethane bushings ,I realized ,that I had to keep the old sleeves lol :ohdamn::ohdamn:
I took my rear subframe out for rust cleaning ,powder coating and bushing replacement. I took the old ones out using torch was an easy job. So couple days ago I received my new torque solution bushings. As I review the installation ,it says, that I need to keep the original center pin with...
Extremepsi is the place where im buying all the parts . Because they are down the road of where i live. Jnz takes kinda long gettin the parts to theyre place and shipping.... Ill try this website
I was looking for oem parts online and came across Mitsubishi Parts | OEM Mitsubishi Parts | Genuine Mitsubishi Parts. They have every part you can think of. hard to believe, but prices are good too. What you think guys is his website legit?
I dropped the rear subframe and whole bushings are shot.so in order to put oem bushings i got to buy new subframe 935$. In that case i guess only aluminum bushings are available. Not sure about front subframe yet, because im goin step by step with the rear suspension now..l.
is it a good thing to mix the bushings? let say sway bar link bushing from energy suspension and knuckle oem? and waht is a good source to buy oem bushings from?
will solid rear subframe (aluminum) bushings add lots of vibration?
what you guys suggest me to go with oem or aftermarket bushings? Im building a comfortable and smooth dd. Will have ac,ps and other stuff. I'm trying to get as low vibration as possible.
Had same prob when i had 1g. Tried everything...... Saved up some money (1400)and painted the whole car (metalic black. Bmw color) guy had extra paint laying in a shop so he charged me inly for labor :))
Im trying to see who wants to trade tan interior to a black one. I got black leather seats with the rest of the black interior panels and stuff. I got myself a black 2g that i think tan color will flow much better then a black one. My black interior condition is 9.5'out of 10.
im workin on it like 3-5 hrs a day not every day. So far i got trunk, the whole back and passenger side done. If ill count hours it will be prob 16....used 5 rolls....
