You'll definately want to hone when running chrome rings. You don't have to go crazy and open the bore with the honing, just enough to put a good crosshatch on the cyl. You KNOW that honing will be benificial where as not doing so may not seal the rings. Why risk it by not honing?

That one is basically a resonater. It is straight through with some packing on the outer part like a straight through muffler. I bought one and its not a true catalytic converter.

Then why port so that the arm can achieve a full 90 deg if the wastegate can't travel that much? In my search i found countless posts and pic's about doing this, but nothing about the wastegate not having enough travel. Is there a different wastegate option?
