His fix was a new core. This is a problem with the latest batch that I'm making sure gets corrected on our next order. There's two ways to fix it, cut and weld the pipe at a different angle or shoot it back to us and we'll send you a new core that's been measured :)

Normal j-pipes don't work unfortunately. They are about 6" the wrong way from our LICP.

We have guys running 10s and pushing over 700whp. Limiting our intercooler to a 16g would be a waste ;)Will Stanton currently holds the record for top trap speed and et on the stock block running our 2g kit. You can't push that much power on the stock block without incredible cooling ability.

Our most popular combination is our short route 2g kit coupled with a 16g. We have hundreds of guys running these with fantastic results.

The piping won't actually fit since we use a short route core vs Punishments long route. It's much easier to just create brackets for the stock fogs and lower the FMIC core an inch or so to clear the pipes :)

We use just the o-ring without teflon on our installs. Honestly if the o-ring is installed correctly it shouldn't leak. We had the same o-ring design running on our 800whp evo without an issue :)

Easiest solution is to just grind down the v-band section and use a 2.5" 90 degree coupler :)
