is hard wirering the fuel pump just as easy as power ground the a wire to a fuse relay that starts with car and runs all the time?

its not the ecu i found the plug that was keeping it from turning over, but not that its trying im not getting any spark so im gonna go over the wirering for the CAS again its just a tough one because im using a 95 harness in a 97 so im not absolutely sure witch diaphram to use on RRE
