I had my window up all the way but just couldn't get it out to where the opening is. It's like it is too big to go past the window regulator. Hell, I even tried taking it out of the door through the outer door handle hole.
Just wondering what all needs to come out of the door to get the latch/lock in the door out? I took the three torx bolts out and took all the rods apart from it as well as unplugged the harness from the actuator, but I couldn't finagle it out of there. Does the window regulator and glass need to...
It's a 12mmx1.75. I think about 150mm long should do it. They're pretty hard to find though.Little trick, the cab mounting bolts off of most any gm pickup are the same size.
You have to get a longer crank bolt than the stock one and the puller pushes on it. I hope you didn't just set that rod in the hole where the bolt is supposed to go.
If your asking if you have to tie in a pipe from the wastegate to the dp, then the answer is no. You don't have to, but I would if it's in a good position to do so.
Andy said on 2gnt that the stage 2 TZ clutch will hold power fine and will last a long time, but there is a long cool down time for the clutch. If you ever plan on taking the car to a strip, you could run it once, but then you have to let it cool down completely before running again. He said...
I think there is a little confusion on what boring the cylinders is. There is a difference between boring and honing the cylinder walls. All the boring process does is create a larger bore for bigger pistons. Honing the cylinder walls is what you do if you're just reringing the pistons so they...
I'll be going up I65 until I hit Cincy, then of course taking I71 on up.Compression, my buddy owns a 3g and lives in vero. Maybe you know him. It's that purply-blue kinda color and last I saw it had a blitz body kit and evo cf hood.
Yes, let the all knowing God (Humper of Cacti) of n/a 420a's talk and him talk only. Listen well no0bs, for the knowledge of the 420a is about to rain down on you. ROFLj/k man.
The reason why people with high power 420a's don't have cams and run with the stock cams is because the high hp 420a's you're referring to have turbo's on them. There currently is not a real good set of cams that help with the characteristics of having a turbo, that's why they stick with the...
I went with the unorthodox one as well. If you think the afx one is too high, then don't bother with this one.Major differences between the two is the unorthodox pulley is a 20% underdrive and lighter than the afx unit. The afx is 30% underdrive, but a little heavier.
It's decent, but could be so much better. CF oem hood is a must. And the drop is badly needed. Definately change the rims as well. I would stay without a spoiler, because a turbo spoiler just doesn't look right on a kitted eclipse. The mirrors look kinda wierd too. I think they sit up too high...
That's not the only neat thing about those taillights. There's some vids somewhere of them where he can dim or brighten the lights and even have them move from one side to the other. If you've got those vids Dave, you should post them up. That was just about one of the most amazing things I've...
I've had the tyc oem headlights on my car for over 2 years now. They haven't leaked or fogged up on me, and are really nice quality. Somebody hit me and the body shop got these headlights instead of the oem ones which were way more expensive.Call around to some of the body shops in your...
what he said ^^^. Also if the return line is bigger than the feed line, I don't think you will have to worry about it as much. I would get the ss line for security purposes.
I say buy the FD and sell me the gsx. :sneaky:Also, I don't know if I would upgrade to the 3mm apex seals unless you are going for big BIG power. The 2mm will suffice and they will fit without having to deal with machining for the 3mm's.
You need a missing link or an fcd to keep your map sensor from reading boost. The missing link is probably the best bet. Just put one on and no more fuel cut.
