Just do a quick compression test should tell you immediately whether or not you have a HG problem. If the compression test comes back with postivie results then you know its the oil cooler.

So when installing my FP3150 I couldn't get the side nipple of the WG pointing forward towards the front of the car because the nipple kept hitting the exhaust manifold. So to get the install done I installed the wg on the turbo with the side nipple under the exhaust mani and towards the engine...

Can't you take the bolt out and bring it with you to the hardware store. Most stores should have the measurement tool to get the right thread size. Hope that helps.:cool:

Well the pb blaster on the throttle body cable didn't work. Guess I'll check for vaccuum leaks and the biss screw.

Its is one of the best front mounts but DV/DT is kind of on the expensive side. I was going to go that route but ETS is more than enough at a better price.

I dont think it can be the biss screw, because MOST of the time it idles perfectly at 750. It doesn't surge or anything just feels like the thorttle body cable gets stuck.If the lube doesn't work I will look at TPS and ISC sensor. Will report back later on today.

The wideband basically gives the exact air fuel ratio. With DSMLink and a wideband you can make sure your not running to lean or too rich as the wideband will tell you your air fuel ratio.:thumb:

You can weld a flange on the stock manifold, but why would you. The T25 can't even blow that much air to blow your internal WG open. Money can't be spent other ways.:thumb:But hey if you WANT to weld a flange on the stock manifold or get an O2 housing with a flange for a WG.
