my afc is fine and my ecu was fried any other way to explain the shitty running car problem its gotta be a bad ecu... the air fuel mix is WAY off...

well the wiring harness for the safc is hooked up but when i plug the safc in only the buttons light up orange... does it matter if i have a non eprom ecu if i first had an eprom one? my car ran fine before i fried the ecu and now with the new ecu it runns like garbage... do i need another eprom...
