It was like a 4 day deal cause of the super hot weather, could only do one at a time. anyways, i went for a drive today and my ABS light came on and i stopped the car and pulled to the side and turn off...

So i've noticed that after driving the car for a while let's say 45min + my tempature gauge gets colder and so does my heat blowing into the car. then after i let the car sit for like 5 min the temps gets warmer agian...anyone have this happening to your car...should i be conserned about something?

So i took off my sparkplug wire cover off and DAMN there was a pool of oil there...i took off all the plugs (wasn't high enough to get into them) to see if it was coming from there...nope...so now i dont know where the oil came from any suggestions?

get a type s, i have 1. just turn it up to the hard setting and u will like it....sounds like a softer blitz bov and at full boost it whisles

if u can ingage gears then check to see if ur cv joint blew....when mine blew it made the same noise...

well this doesn't pertain to ur 2g cause i have a 1g..but the process is the same....i used air tools and the main air gun that knocks does a great job....if u dont have access to air tools i would recommend getting like a spray that gets rust off on bolts, wd-40 might work but i have this other...

forget using the stock boost seneloid...just get a cheap MBC and ur set...

i built my kit from scratch...i found that spending 30 bucks for a making a kit was more feasable than spending a 100 when i cant really spend much on my car....i notice the car ran smoother and maybe gained a few hp's but i dought it ...i wanted it more for the better grounds nad better...

Well today i decided to adjust my bov and as i was taking off the bov pipe i saw there was oil all inside...i continued to follow it and found it even in the MAS pipe connecting to the turbo...how could there be oil be spitting out there?

dont go with silverstars...they blew up after like 5 months in my old car...waste of money if u tell me...i had a pair of crappy ebay ones (blue hehe) an dthose lasted me over 2 years...

fuel filter for 70 bucks...damn...where the hell do u buy ur filters...there like 15-20 bucks here for a stock filter here...anywyas...u gotta get ur self a logger...that would really give u alot of information what the engine is doing expecially at higher rpms if everything seems okay till 6k.

yeah deff make hte recir kit...blowing ot atmostphere is bad very bad....you should of known this cuase of like a thousand posts about how bad it is...good luck

just adjust the belts...push them down and see if there is any play in them...there should be very little. The power steering pump belt has a adjuster screw, not sure where the alternator one is...and the A/C one is somewhere near the A/C unit..i have to find it cause it sqeeks on my car too

yea after a very frusterating time with my rear brakes, i figured out that they screw in to create space for the new pads....man was i pissed

i deff agree that SRT-4's have been given a bad name because their a Neon....i would deff buy one if they looked different. My friends dad has one and it's a sweet ride....I just dont dig the exterior look of the car. Hell of a good engine.

it is recommened that u change ur oil after attempting this....this stuff loosens crap in ur engine..i did it by just pooring some onto the pistons. It smoked immediatly after i started it...not much smoke. but noticable. I took the car for a spin and it seemed to run smoother, i will put it in...

rods...i dought it...if ur timing skipped then most deff ur valves are bent and need replacement...untill u take apart the head u wont really know the extent of the damage..i've heard of people just have bent valves and others with messed up pistons. Just take it apart and you'll know.
