I'm running the 5031 RLE with SBR's manifold on my 2G and didn't have to dent the pipe but on a other install I did with a turbonetics 50 trim and SBR's manifold I did have to dent the pipe a little.
I've had the same problem and tried adjusting it and never could get working. I saw this thread and removed the smaller spring and it's finally working. Thanks!
I've got one with about 10,000 miles now and have had no problems. The motor was very clean, no leaks, compression test was good. It's been running strong but I'm going to replace the timing belt soon just to be safe, you never know what brand they may have used. I know they say OEM or better...
I've had mine for about three months now and love it. I did a review on here a while back. I had the same problems with contacting them but they eventually did email me back. Just keep trying, you'll love it when you finally get it.
I have an e-01 boost controler running off the the turbo not tee'd into the bov line. I'll test the pcv valve and see if it needs replaced. Thanks for the help!
I have the Greddy RS BOV and have always had a problem with the flutter which seems to be normal from what I read. The other day it quit fluttering and sounded like I thought it should. So I popped the hood and noticed that the hose connected to the PCV valve had dry rotted and split. I replaced...
I had this problem too... this may sound dumb but my problem was with the FMIC and relocating the overflow bottle. I mounted the overflow bottle too low, I moved the bottle up to stock height and it fixed my problems.
I'm not sure... You can turn it on and off so I'd think that you could but it may have to be wired a little different. contact them at [email protected] , he's very helpful and if he needs to do something special for it to work standalone I'm sure he would
checkout their website at http://www.tcugo.com/I didn't like the wireless buttons being on the wheel so I mounted a single axis minature joysick by the shifter and hard wired in in and works great for me. The downshifts work great and it wont let you downshift if the rpm's are too high
I just got mine installed and love it! It's a great mod and recommend it.Here's a link to a review I did of it... Hope this helps!http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1818619#post1818619

The main box was well made; all electronics looked to be of excellent quality. The gauge for gear display was also excellent quality. The wireless buttons for controlling gear selection were well made and comfortable on the...
You'll need a special tool or make your own like these links...http://www.plymouthlaser.com/ttool.htm

A few guys that helped with testing it. He's just started selling them and I'm first on the list! I would have had it this weekend but he decided to do a plug and play kit for it so I decided to wait and I'll have it this week. I'll post back on how it goes.

I had every harness for both too. Just depends on your mods. It worked ok for my evoIII turbo but with a 50trim and 720 injectors it didn't work very well. Try dsmlink and you'll change your mind about e-manage very quick! The blue worked better than the ultimate but like i said... neither...
The E-01 works great but I wouldn't recommend the e-manage or e-manage ultimate. I've had both and the amount of money you'll spend on everything you could get dsmlink! My car runs so much better with dsmlink than it ever did with either e-manage.
It's been running great! No problems at all. No dyno run yet, DSMLink will be here today so I can do some tuning. I'll post back when I go to the dyno.
Checkout IPT at http://www.importperformancetrans.com/mitsubishiauto.shtml That's the best place around for Auto DSM's. Not sure how much HP the stock will hold but I have a full trans and converter from IPT and I was amazed with the improvements from stock! You can call John at IPT and get all...
Well my rs49t failed and I got the oil feed and return line from AGP with the turbo so if it's a problem with oil lines then it's still their fault not mine!
Just sent it back last week. They couldn't give an answer as to how long it would take. They said it depends on if they can fix it or if they have to send it to turbonetics to be fixed.
Join the club! My rs49t just went back to them too. I replaced it with the pte dual bb and couldn't be happier with the new turbo. I was disappointed in the rs49t from the moment I had it running, even thought about going back to the evo3. Good luck!
I see you have the rs49t turbo. I had that turbo too and was really disappointed(my evoIII 16g was quicker). The turbo blew after about 5000 miles and had to replaced it. I went with the dual BB scm 50 trim and man it was night and day difference! I still need to send my rs49t in for warranty...
