I dont particularly like the wheels either but that's what she came with. I picked it up for 16K. Below is how I got her, at least now she looks good lol.If I had a GTR I would probably never be on tuners, I wish I had cash like that.
Wait they forgot to add something in the video. I gotcha mitsu..."What Dave doesn't know is he is driving a b!tchmobile we like to call the 4th gen eclipse."
If I could do it all over again I would get a job with a sign on/reenlistment bonus. Some jobs have bonuses of $90,000 (half up front and other half payed through enlistment) and they are not mechanical. So I'm trying to GTFO of my job now and get into one of those.
You're probably not going to notice much of a differance between the two, maybe a little more power up top on a topmount because the runners are longer but you could also see more lag because of the same reason, but again you probably wouldnt notice it. For a track only car (assuming dragstrip)...
You probably will not see any improvement one over the other as long as they are installed correctly, but I would go with the copper's because they are embossed and copper is softer than SS which will help with the seal.If you buy the correct gaskets they should all fit.
:hellyeah:Funny I thought this was an enthusiast forum. True though, most people up here are about hp and 1/4 times. But everyone shouldnt bash people for liking something different than going fast down the 1320.I'm with you Flash. Who gives a Fcuk what someone else does to thier car...
Ross/Eagle is always a good piston/rod combo, some bigger cams (264's or 272's would be good), upgraded valve springs wouldn't hurt but are probably not nessicery for what it sounds like you want. A 68HTA or a 20G would do fine, and ECM link. You could also go with the penny pinchers favorite...
A 68HTA is not a 16g. It doesnt matter if its stock appearing (Is he/she running nitrous or something?). And he never specified what 20G he was talking about I assumed a HRC super 20G which is rated at flowing enough for 500hp (and with asking questions like this I doubt the op would be able to...
You need to get a new pump, injectors (I say 850's because they are not much more expensive than 750's)and an AFPR if you want to run that much boost and be "safe", I would also recommend at the very least a chipped ECU or link if you can afford it, a new HG and ARP's. Personally I wouldn't run...
You know Summit racing and JEGS sells different colored AN fittings, you dont have to get all of it from extremepsi or sloboi. To the OP I would go with black as the main color with bronze accents (fittings, BOV, WG, AFPR etc...)
15K is alot of cash to throw into a car. I've got $7,500+ into my longblock alone, once you start making money and paying bills you should realize how expensive 15k really is. Learning to weld would be a great help. But reading would help you even more, you should take everyones advise and read...
I think a Borg Warner equivalent would be better but that is just preferance. They also have ETT tecmology.Full-Race Motorsports

Not a specific turbo replacement, but I would go for a journal bearing turbo for longevity reasons, if you want to never have to replace it. Good luck though man.
Yea they are quite huge, deffinatly would have issues. But personally I've never seen a GT42 bolted on a bottom mount manifold on a DSM. Why do you want a 42?
I like clean stanced cars, would like to see a DSM like that (nothing too over the top). Thats why I'm going for that look just need some coilovers. I think wider offset wheels looks BA.:hellyeah:
