It's at normal temp, but why is the compression leaking like that, could it be because of the rings, i thought it was a problem with the valves.

I compression tested my car tonight and i got really dissapointing numbers. I let the car crank over 4 or so times before i let off. It read at 125 for all as its peak, and it wasn't able to sustain it for long, it would just drop very quickly. Then we put some oil into the spark plug hole...

i have a mbc and no smoke actually. Also, another weird problem, i boost really fast when the car is cold but like the car doesn't pull, i hear the turbo spool up like mad but i dont get a sense of power, it feels like it actually bogs.

I've been struggling with some sort of boost leak for a while. When i first bought the car, i noticed it boosted low for a while, like 7 psi...but then the problem went away and i was boosting at a normal 10-11 psi again. But Lately i've been boosting incredibly low, about 5 psi. And my...

my passenger side seatbelt stays closed, it doesn't retract when the door opens. It doesn't make any noise or anything. Is there some kind of fuse or relay that only controls the passenger side seatbelt or is it more likely that the seat belt assembly is busted and i have to get a new one?

So I bought a new deck for my car and I figured that I might as well buy some new speakers while i'm at it. Well I read up on sizes for 1g's, and it doesn't seem that anyone really knows for sure what 1g will come with what size speaker. First I was told that my rear speakers were 6x8's but...

I'm able to get to get some new tires and rims for pretty cheap, but the problem is, 2 tires are wider and have a different tread than the other two. Would my differential get messed up if i were to put these on. They are the same size other than it's width.

240 is ok but a 180 isn't? ....They're the same car, well sort of. 240 is the american version of the 180sx with the 2.4l non turbo, 140-150hp. 180sx, 2 liter turbo with around 200 hp. *SR20DET* Both are same body style, one is better than the other, and it is not the americanized 240.

It happens to any car, happened to my brothers Tbird. But nothing would turn on, and it wouldn't disengange out of park because the car didn't know the brake was pushed in. Hey it's a car, things break and that's not exactly a big safety error.

i just got mine fixed, i thought maybe i had a thermostat problem but actually i was leaking coolant. My radiator cap was bad, it was decieving, when driving the engine was cool but when stopped it would begin to overheat. It was that simple for me, i never thought it would be.

right click your desktop..properties...settings. Change the resolution size to your liking, you probably have it on like 800x600. :barf:

After some spirited drives through the hills, where i'm usually running the car pretty hard for a long time, i've never really had overheating problems form just dragging. But when i'm driving through the hills, the temp is perfectly fine, but when i stop to take a break for a minute or so...

Recently my car has been popping out of first gear. When i'm at a dead stop and try to get moving, the car makes a loud pop and it ends up getting out of first and into neutral. It doens't happen often but every once and a while, it's become annoying because i dont know when or if it'll...
