Hey guys, im just trying to solve an argument with a friend. He has a 2003 SX 2.0 which runs 0-60's in about 8.8-8.9s. He thinks getting a chip will make him run easily very low eights. I dont think he will get any more than a .2 change. help?

I have heard of people upgrading their turbo. does this just mean that tehy are getting a new one or are they fixing their current one. If they are fixing their old one up then can you explain to me how it would be done?
