Good day Miller
I am looking for a driver side door for a 1992 Eagle Talon Tsi Awd , a door from a white car would be ideal but if thats not available any color will do as long as the door has very little or no rust and includes the glass and power window guides motor...
Thank you sir for the clarification on what cal is ... im going to take the car back to the AEM tuner and i think re-doing the tune will solve the problem.
I developed the same problem late last summer also Luizhgato. The car died on me on me driving home late last summer and after lots of testing and trouble shooting i narrowed it down to the AEM series 1 ECU is not sending a signal to the fuel pump relay. I then sent the ems to AEM for repairs...
What i did was sent the AEm EMS in for service and they said everything was good and returned the ecu to me ...i still have to try the newly repaired AEM EMS in the car and see if it primes the pumps as it should and if i have the same problem im just going to get the EMS series 2 for my car...
Thanks for the responses fella's ... i tested everything including the pumps and everything is working as they should. I narrow it down to the AEM EMS series 1 it was not sending the signal to the fuel pump side of the main relay. During my testing to find the problem i applied ground to the...
Yes i have a turbo timer on the car, I'm thinking because of the non signal from the ignition switch to sensors/main relay and the ECU pin 110 is not receiving the ignition switch signal with the fuel pumps wired directly to the battery this is causing the ECU to act weird.
Thats the thing sir the AEM Ems was brand new last year when i put it in the car and had it tuned, I only drove the car about 2000 kms since then i cant see the ECU having a problem. What do you think about the Ignition switch not sending the signal to the Main Relay pin 3 and ECU pin 110. When...
Hey man , I was trying to start the car also and it fires right up but dies out after about 10 seconds of starting, but when i start the car with the fuel pumps wired directly to the battery the cars runs without stalling out and runs really rich on the wide band idling it says 10.0 -10.9 and...
After doing a little bit of searching and reading and the test a performed so far on the car im thinking my ignition switch and steering lock where the key goes to start the car is finish cause everything works as normal but when i turn the key to on before start i dont hear the fuel pump...
As i mentioned i the first thread when i was testing the wires to the main relay and wires to the EMS to make sure they were getting power, there was a white/red wire(input 56 at the ECU) and it is connected to the main relay same color, when i touch it with the testing light grounded the fuel...
Also if you could tell me where all the grounds are located for the ECU and main relay that would be most appreciated ,I forgot to mention im using AEM EMS not the stock ECU and could i have damaged the ECU with the fuel pumps wired directly to the battery.
Hey man thanks for the reply , See that's the thing i don't know where the fuel pump relay is on the car and the chilton service manual i have doesn't give much info on any of the relays i had a hard time even finding any info in that manual about the main relay and the wiring diagrams. can you...
I need some help with trying to figure out on my 92 talon tsi awd why when i turn on the the ignition key to run without starting the car i cant get the fuel pump to prime and run after the car is started . Here is how it went down and what i have done so far , i was driving the car home from...

AEM EMS series is your best choice for tuning man ...i converted my car this summer then tuned the ECU ...the car has never idled so good ever im very happy with it
Good job sir ... ECMlink is a great choice for tuning ...i would have went with them but im in Canada so not much support for ECMlink i had to go with AEM EMS standalone and let me tell u my talon have never idled better before like with th AEM EMS ...enjoy man :D
hey man try your best to re-install the coupler that blew off the intercooler ...the car is running like that cause no air flow is being registered at the mas flow sensor ...always travel with simple hand tools that what i do ...good luck dude
so u think that the too smal return line can affect the idling of the car or can u elaberate on what u mean ...cause thats really the only thing i changed on the car was the double fuel pump and a built engine with 0.020 over bore
hey guys i have a problem with my idle and i was wondering it having too small of a fuel return line would affect the way the car idles ...its revving up and droping down the idle and i cant get it to steadily idle at 1000rpm ...im feeding the fuel rail with an intank walbro 255 hp and the...
how good is this motoman have u follow the same info posted on his site on the engine break-in ...let me know :Dthanks crash89 for the link ...after reading the break-in secrets im a believer this guy has proof of his method with lots of experience in racing and has lot of data on the two...

hey guys just need some advice on first start-up on my new engine build ...i already primed the motor by spinning the oil pump with a drill about 4 days ago and now the engine is back in the car and wired up ...also i have a air cooled oil filter housing with a oil cooler that is empty from when...

hey guys im trying to put the timming belt on the motor after i primed it with oil by spinning the oil pump gear ... that went well but now im trying to put the tiing belt back on and i cant get the timing marks on the crank pulley to line up with the arrow on the front cover ... i even tryed to...
hey little-razcal how would i do the fuse setup on the two pumps ....do i get two 30 amp fuses and wire each 30 amp fuse to each pump or is there another way to put a fuse in the circuit ...i found a 80 amp high output relay to run both pumps as per your instructions now i just need to know how...
That broken ear can be re-welded back on very easily ...i think the procedure with cast iron is to pre heat for good penetration ...i would re-install the trans to engine with the broken off piece bolted to tranny then tack in place with good solid tacks all around the piece to be welded...
Im running the precision billet 6262 sp with a a/r .63 turbine housing ...very fast spool and good power in all ranges i personlly love it and cant wait to finish my engine build to hear it spool ...:D
My question is who would have the best deal on the parts below?
-MLS headgasket
-ARP head studs
-Springs and retainers for use with HKS 272s
-HKS 272s
-Fluidamper pulley
-All oem timing components w/ Gates blue belt
That's about it for now, I'm sure there will be more once I get into things...
hey little-razcal thanks for the input man that is something to think about i think i will run the one relay at 50-75 amps and wire both pumps on the one relay ...i will be making some good power so it is important to have both pumps running and if the relay fails they will both stop and just...
Thanks GRAVEDIGGER just wanna to know im on the right track im going to use two 30 amp relay and fuses and use the main relay signal to switch on the two relays ....:D
Hey guys i want to run a dual fuel pump setup with a intank walbro 255hp and a inline 255hp near the fuel rail before the fuel filter ...i just need to know how to wire up the inline walbro to work in tandem with the intank ...i was thinking of using a 30 amp automotive and running a wire with...

ill need a new map sensor ...thanks for the link to the gm 4 bar but i dont have the option for it on the translator pro ...i will have to get a AEM 5 bar sensor :D
