lotta things happend in past week... first off... blowed my turbo Holset He531V she wasnt able push more than 41psi of boost..I locked VGT ..completely off..turbo overspun..pushed lotta pressure without airflow and rip apart..After this awesome day had only one chance...

Windshield shakes a bit at over 100mph up to 136mph/till now :)) .. 1piece Front end is solid.. I did my own hinges plus using 6xDzus fasteners. doors are solid, and windows on them are solid as well.. but once recon bit shaking at my drivers side.. Gotta use my big heater and bend/deflect...

Iam using Koni yellows w HaR springs, Hard Prothanes bushings all around plus braced rear arms.
Gotta redo aligment, Had to install 30mm wheel spacers cus slicks were touching knuckles when car touched ground.. now w spacers I can see lotta "A" at rear/ will put washer under rear...
Best ET for now... Best trap is 136,5Mph. Best 60" is 1,539sec on just old airport field/no prep, Leaving w 15psi, w more boost car just spins and goes sideways..Till now Iam happy hows car working..cant wait turn it up to 45psi boost .

Thanks, well.. its just evolution.. Got the car since 2003.. With welded center diff.. no PS, spool up over 4k rpms w A/T ..its pretty anoying drive it in small city..lots of tight turns and car/center diff just hate it..so you feel bad.. That way wanna push it to its limit without...

Sadly we had some crappy gel coat at final products and we got huge wrinkle on like 80% surface.. gotta spend day or two w finishing and sanding..But overall it was cool ..except all the sanding work o all the molds...

Gotta say its my first roll cage. Iam trying get the bars as close as possible to the fiberglass body so I can support with :)
And yeah gotta redo both front bars coming from main hoop to front / they are not symetricall..
Yes, will stay w my inner wheel wells now/this year.
Stared working on my cage..did jig for the main hoop
and bars to the front roof hoop and "windshield post runner" into one bar¨ gotta redo main hoop.. cus not fit nicely :(
I´ll be glad w 2300lbs and less :(

Some Update!
This weekend cuted my roof and whole body out, plus removed all the unnecessary metal braces and second and third walls. That was tuff...my drill did not want work at all.. milion times had to sharpen..
Weight is going down pound after pound..Still got some metal to cut out...

I wanted do whole body and left only front windows opening.. like nascar .. but that would be bit weird LOL.Roll cage is deff must now... car would broke in half without it :)) Roll cage structure will substitute for metal body.

Only the pictured part was 12,5kgs..27,5lbs plus 11,7lbs and 10lbs lower member which is bolted to the radiator wall.. and finished chromeo front end is 14kgs/ 30,8lbs :) and you can see from pics, my CM front end got lots of bracing cus I was about street racing it... Now will...

Talked with Curt Brown about this ebay auction..sent him link and told me its his head, but not sure who ordered nor what was done to the head.. There is label on water blanking panel, plus all the oil plugs were removed and assmebled with some brown sealant.Thanks guys
