chances are you will experience fuel cut once you get the larger exhaust with a higher flowing turbo. A GM mas or second gen mas will fix this problem.

probably not since the whole exhaust system would be custom (flange angles, length of dp, ect.)

ill make some 3.5" downpipes BUT, it will have a 3.5" outlet, with my very own custom flanges on there (cnc cut) so you guys will have to figure it out from there, unless u really want a full 3.5" exhaust i guess ill make it all

thats ghetto, you can order 4" stainless steel piping. i dunno about a muffler tho, i wouldnt wanna cramp an expander in one until its 1" bigger inside.

sounds wrong to have any source of vacuum going to the wastegate at all, it should be a vacuum line coming off the J pipe on your turbos compressor, to the manual boost controller, then into the wastegate aculator. nothing to do with vacuum.

To answer your headgasket question, steel headgaskets DO NOT require O-rings.

i would suggest a dyno tune,,, im not sure if you have THAT much money left over to work with or not through, otherwise youll have to just play around with fuel until its all good.

its kinda a pain to tkae the head off for first time... if you want to take it off with the intake manifold still on.. make sure u take off your downpipe and unbolt the intake manifold from block under neith. thats what i did to get mine off.

for me it was simple, because i have all the equipment on hand, welder, drill press, band saw, mill, and have all sorts of stock laying around for my products.
