guarantee thats the problem..i had them go bad in my car. it floods the engine because it shorts the injectors out and they run wide open when they spray. make sure u change the oil tho when ur get the new ecu cuz chances are ur crankcase is full of gasoline mixed with the oil.
well, if its double finned intake wheel, then its at least a small 16g, as for the exhaust wheel, al tdo5 turbos use the same exhaust wheel, 14b, 16g, b16g, 18g and 20g (not the tdo6) use the same exhaust wheel, thats why it works in the 14b housing.

well, you eliminated all possible options already, so just keep wrenching on it....i just use a big 1.5 inch pipe about 3 feet long on a 1/2 inch drive and it gets it everytime.

mine did that for a while, turned out it was a bad rad cap. check that and kleep an eye on the t-stat, also, it would be a good idea to do a compression check, maybe a headgasket.

maybe it is, but rust WILL NOT make it a brownish milky color. i put a block in my car that sat for 4 years with the head off and i flushed it, and the coolant came out like a light creamy green, not a milky brownish color.
