So i was driving my car the other day, shifted and started boosting when my engine died and wouldn't start up...i tried starting it but the starter worked(it cranked) but no response except for explosions in the exhaust.1.since it cranks i know the starter works

so from what i can gather i am best off getting a trans\t-case combo from a 91-96 gsx\tsi awd since they are all 23 spline and my 95 gsx is 23 spline allready (rear diff etc) ?Best regards

i too blew my trans\t-scase and am currently lookig for a replacement but i don't know what kind (splines) i can use..for the trans i think i can use any 90-96 trans but the t-case i'm not sure which one to get ?My rear diff says (Viscous LSD - JFH **** 3. 307) the * is japansese...

Well i took the car to a mechanic(works with rally cars) and he basically told me i need a new transmission, transfer case and clutch.. :cry:So at this point i'm trying to plan things so that the car will see some summer...I need to find someplace that sells trannys and don't kill me on...
i had a friend sit in the car as i drove up the street and back again and he meant it was the transfer case. That sure would screw up the output to the back wheels also... i'll have to raise the car so that i can stand under car while someone "drives" it to be sure.

well what i did is put everything back to standard(usdm) and then followed the directions in the articled you linked to.. so now my left side blinks just fine. At the right tempo and in the amber corners. The left side however blinks to fast and the green arrow doesn't light up when it blinks...

well i checked the turn lever switch.. it seemed functional.. When i switched from right to left position i got 2 different signals out...From what i could understand the turn signal and hazard flasher unit uses the 2 relays inside to activate the indicators so since my hazard switch works...
Edm= european domestic marketI only used the shell though not the wires from the european tails..The thing is that us spec eclipse uses the breaklights as blinkers (2 filament bulbs) while here in europe i had to have a seperate bulb for the blinkers.I had a shop do the wiring for me...

Just wondering how you log :confused: i forgot to mention that i was going to buy a logging package before i found out my ecu was eprom so i save another 150-200 on logging equipment :thumb:so really the dsmlink is great for people that don't have a logging solution already.
