ok, my friend's dad was "supposed to spray my front and rear bumper, unfortunatley i don't think he's in any hurry to do it. i've got all the paint, clear coat, activator, and flex already. the bumpers are fully prepped (primed & sanded). so now i'm just thinking about spraying it myslef, tho...
YES...toothpaste is actually a very fine buffing compound....how do you think it cleans your teeth so good...yet doesn't hurt the sensitive enamel on them?:D
yes it's practically the same thing, just generic. but if you'd rather pay the extra money for the k&n name, go for it.that filter is made of the same material as k&n. plus, the k&n's are closed on the top...now i'm not sure about that exact auction that i posted the link of because of the...
 not very much?? whatever you say dude. my car has 55k miles on it right now and i'll be looking to get rid of it at about 80k, i know how these cars hold up, unfortunatley....let's just say mitsubishi isn't the best car company out there.
i'd definetly change the timing belt...i'd agree (and disagree) with the mods part, to me, 116k is a high mileage car....any mods you do to the car, ofcourse, are gonna add strain on the engine....it's common sense that a heavily modified car is not going to last as long as a stock engine. if...
this will work just as good as the k&n and only costs a fraction of the price.....http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1856095448
i've got one. screw ebay. get it from www.testpipe.com .i noticed a small difference & exhaust is MUCH louder. i think it's worth the low cost for a mod.
pleeeeeeeeaaaaaaaase don't fall for that $hit. it's actually a $0.25 resistor you can buy at radio shack, but why even waste 25 cents when it doesn't do ANYTHING. save your money and put it into REAL mods. goodluck.
guess it depends on the application...i know on a 2g, the side vents ad nothing to "zip tie" to which is why it was necessary for a couple small holes to secure it well. almost 0% visible tho.
torque (tôrk)
n.1. The moment of a force; the measure of a force's tendency to produce torsion and rotation about an axis, equal to the vector product of the radius vector from the axis of rotation to the point of application of the force and the force vector.
2. A turning or...
why do people think you can just "buy" a headlight conversion?? they don't sell kit's in this kind of thing. you're gonna need actual skyline lights and then have them CUSTOM mounted, and the front end and most likely the hood of the car are going to have to be modded so these new things fit...
dude, you obviously have never came across any REAL tuned hondas....around here there's quite a few that run low 14's and even high 13's all day. that's impressive for ANY 4 banger. and any n/a even being compared to a turbo car, i'll give props to. don't be so arrogant when you're just...
they look pretty good, but i'd say they're only a mid-level HU....i had one and it seemed to skip alot. there also wasn't enough controls to setup the sound processing. i switched to a pioneer and could here an obvious upgrade in sound quality.i'd recommend Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer...even...
sad truth is n/a's are god awful slow. compared to the 2g's, parts are scarce for the 1g's. you can do a couple things to add a little kick tho, full exhaust, intake, plugs & wires, underdrive pulley, maybe bore the tb and port the head, short throw shifter and racing clutch will also do you...
i've got a kit. the jack that's in your trunk (along with the spare tire) has a VERY low clearence....i have two of them and they're the ONLY way i can jack my car up. my car is dropped 2", so it's pretty low. any shop lift that you have to drive "up" onto is gonna be tricky. you'll have to...
ok, well it just seemed pointless to me...i thought you were "trying" to make some kind of conclusion or something. while we're on the subject...i think ferrari modena's are really sweet car too. oh, and the mclaren F1....very sweet.hey, one other thing...if i don't read it, how would i...
the MAS adapter (bracket) bolts onto your MAS air sensor after you remove the stock air box. the generic cone filters are just as good as the k&n's being they are practically identical. you can clean and oil them with the k&n filter charger kit just the same also. i don't know what's being...
removing the fuse didn't work, i think it was for the "stock" infinity sound system's anti-theft feature...which has been long removed.redgst97-how much? because i can get a decent alarm/keyless entry for about $60 on my own...which is why i'm trying to figure out how to install it. i'm...
