    What device is he using for tuning? Check for boost leaks lately? Do a leakdown test lately? A lot of things can cause these problems.

    Check for boost leaks again. Also you can hack your MAS if want an easy fix for fuel cut. Another way is to install injectors and lean it out with an S-AFC.

    I doubt they will impound your car, I've been to many car shows and there was a lot of old muscle cars leaving with exhaust cutouts. None of the cops there seemed to care. May depend on your state laws tho.

    How did you check for spark? Are you sure you had it grounded good enough? If you took the rpm's high enough you could have floated a valve, which would be easily visible if you took the valve cover off.

    No you don't. The 96 heads have the crank angle sensor located by the cam gears. It will be a direct boltin for you. I did this mod already, I really noticed a gain, but also I installed a downpipe and underdrive pulley at the same time, so I wouldn't credit that result.

    First off, turn down your boost. Second off upgrade your injectors if you want to keep running 20psi. Third, I would try testing for boost leaks. To make a leak tester go to www.vfaq.com. If you are having a problem with misfiring...make sure your plugs are gapped correctly, and again...

    G-tech doesn't really mean shit. I used a gtech on my car before and it said I had 223hp. I would hope I would have more power than that to run mid 12 second quarter mile times.
