Well don't know how it happened but just noticed my dash (radio, cluster, HVAC, shifter) and my parking lights went dead all the sudden. I know they were working two weeks back. I didn't installed anything or messed with anything except the intake in engine bay which should have no impact on it...
I have notice stange random hesitation/sputtering when boosting between 4-5K RPM's.. Kinda feels like light fuel cutting, then it goes away after 5.2K or so.I'm still on T-25 and currently and back on BCS for winter purposesMy mods are:3" cat back

hmmm this is interesting.I have no balance shafts and my oil pressure are 2 psi at idle and 30-40 psi at wot reading off from Summit Racing digital gauge w/ Summit oil pressure sender. Always thought i had issues with the gauge since the read out seemed low. I'm running Mighty Max oil...

hmmm i could swear the coil pack i got off of a 2GB had 4123 stamped on the base of it OMGand yes the CAS does have to be inverted just like on 1g swaps....
all turbos comp surge under certain conditions that are guided by thier comp maps, so no ## turbo isn't crap you just gotta take the necessary steps to move it off the surge limit. :thumb:
sorry i ment to say cheap MBCBut MBS stands for manual boost solenoid....the thing that controls the boost on our cars stock.BTW the bleeder valve suppose to be on the MBC:thumb:
while it's true that adjustable WG sets the boost level i don't really quite see how that's going to help him unless he's going to make the poor man's profec.....It doesn't matter if the WG is set to start bleeding off boost @ 1psi, if the MBC is set to psi @ which it comp surges....it will...
adjusting it won't solve your problem....the adjustable arms is only used to dial in the boost if you don't have MBC/EBC.What he ###### ment is hook up an air compressor to the WG and check to see the WG is functioning properly and is not sticking to anything.

well AFAIK compressor surge is cause by air flow back up when ther turbo sucks more air in then the motor is able to consume. The air backs up into the comp wheel.Adjusting the boost gain on an EBC should solve that problem.Blow thru setup w/ light bov spring also helps.

o2 gasket is metal so u can reuse it ....just open it up with dremel to fit the larger dia o2.o2 housings are after turbos and before dowpipes.i would get new dp gasket tho since they are avaliable at ## local auto store.
yuor handle is either broken or the linkage got disconnected. Pop the inner panel and see which of the two you are dealing with:thumb:if the linkage got disconnected insert it back in and rotate the green/orange clip to snap it onto the linkage:thumb:

hmmm if it doesn't sometimes go to forward gear or reverse you have an internal non-electrical problem.Even with the ECU and/or shift solenoids bad you should always have 3rd and reverse since that's the "limp mode".Either you are slipping or you have fluid pressurizing issue.
