the thing to keep in mind, is while the turbo is running at the same PSI your stock t25 was, its actually pushing a Larger volume of air. even at the same PSI, this creates a higher need for fuel.id run it lower than 15psi. and get a fuel pump .and get a way to makesure your not...

mabye you should try and bleed out the clutch system on the 94. if its easier to press, then there is Less pressure in the system, Or the clutch is worn out.since you didnt mention any grinding, Id say you either have a leaking or worn Master or slave cyl, or just need to bleed it out...
