I finally found the problem, it was a pinched hose on the FPR, so now the fuel is going well at the right pressure and no more check engine light flashing.
no body else have a suggestion?
could that be caused by a sensor? MAF? TPS?
there is nothing to do with knock cause it didnt sounds like detonation.
And no backfire or strange exhaust sound like misfire.

I found out and fix it two day after my post but i forget to give you feedback. So it was leaking below the brake fluid can there is a hardline with a hose attached to it, the clamp holding the rubber hose was loosen, i just tight it up and the problem goes. Btw thanks to vegas smith for helping

Hi, does anybody try to unplug the harness of all the emission solenoid? Does it throw a cell? And where do all the harness go after unpluged? Do you just hide them behind the intake manifold?
