Yet another update. I called the keyless ride hotline and spoke to a rep. Re-cycled the locks and double checked the fob buttons worked. Headlights remain on. I can also turn my high beams on with the low ones still staying lit as well.

I'm going to try a boost leak test this weekend. Although I'm not sure what else it could be. It was running fine up until I changed my oil. Never had an issue since I got it (this will be my 7th month with it) and I just swapped out spark plugs, wires and MAF sensor. No rough idles or anything.
