Yes I'm getting power to the fuse rhe wiring is right I'm going to try a new ground I Switch Ballast FROM Driver to PASSENGER side and it still didn't work

I'm not sure I paid 100$ at a local tire shop the car already had them and the passenger didn't work then but the bulb was blown I went to buy two bul s and ended up buying a kit h4 bulbs hi/low and the passenger side still doesn't work doesn't even flitter

My old his recently went out and I went to a local shop to two new bulbs and they only have the whole new kit I replaced the kit and put everything how it was before and the passenger side doesn't want to turn on it never has since I've owned the car and now it has new wiring harness new bulbs...

I just bought my first 1g Dsm (90 talon all stock except 16g and 3in exhaust) and this morning I got on it going on the freeway and around 6500 rpm I hear. Aloud pop sound maybe a fuel cut but wasn't sure if the stock ecu had a limiter at 6500

i would prefer a long block but a short block would do, stock or built doesnt matter, spun a bearing, just need something to put back into the car to get it running again
